Yep, just like the U.S. Goverment, The Cantina now has it own Homeland Security Advisory System.
It's like this:
Red (severe): Severe risk of attacks.
Orange (high): High risk of attacks.
Yellow (elevated): I'm feeling frisky!
Blue (guarded): General risk of attacks.
Green (low): Low risk of attacks.
The following Threat Conditions each represent an increasing risk of attacks (troll, flamers, spammers, etc). Beneath each Threat Condition are some suggested Protective Measures, recognizing that the heads of Board departments and agencies are responsible for developing and implementing appropriate agency-specific Protective Measures:
Red: You might want to go away for a while.
Orange: Prepare to be bombarded with troll activity.
Yellow: Avoid Thimmel.
Blue: All is relatively well.
Green: What, me worry?
The threat level is at Blue at the moment.
