I don't know, I think an outbreak of mathematicians would be worse. Either way, I'm ready.

Won't work. Zombie's generally only eat brains.
The problem with zombies is simple: Every dead body that is not destroyed becomes one of them. It gets up and kills! The people it kills get up and kill!
