Empire Strikes Back. Excellent plot, odd philosophical development, cool battle between Luke and Darth Vader with a least-expected plot twist (the father revelation), and the introduction of the little green muppet that seems to be one of the most powerful Jedi ever to live. I love that movie.
The Empire Strikes Back... for the same reasons JSBaldwin56 stated.
return of the jedi, hands down. ROTS is a close second though.
Mine is Revenge of the Sith. It's a great film, although there are some things that I didn't liked, like the fact that Grievous came off as pretty weak, also they killed Dooku rather fast.
revenge of the sith. I loved it i have been rooting for the sith so i was happy they crushing of the jedi.

I have to agree with you, Revenge of the Sith was the best film but it could stand from improvement. Grievous should have been portrayed as he was in the Clone Wars cartoons (the old series).
My favorite movie, right now, is Return Of The Jedi, followed very closely by A New Hope.
Both have the ultimate SW feel when watching them.
I'm going to have to say ESB. I was more moved by that one than any of the others.
