I have only two words to describe this: Holy Crap! This episode was epic and classy.

I give it an 10/10 for sure. A bit slow at times, but it ended just right, with the best cliffhanger ever. All the scenes between Tennant and Cribbens were gold. Obama's spinning head was also hilarious.

There were a few strange things (like why does the Master have the ability to fire energy bolts?) but they're easily overlooked. Can't wait for part 2! Clap Dancing
Yikes, that was a good set-up episode. It had a slow start, but it soon became better. So the Time Lords are coming back (and being led by Timothy Dalton no less).

The only thing I wasn't too crazy about was the Master flying and shooting energy bolts (has he been taking lessons from Emperor Palpatine?)

Can't wait until the conclusion. It gets an 8/10 from me.
Not much to say about this, but it was very well done indeed... if a little baffling at times. The scene in the Cafe where The Doctor described regeneration to Wilf was sad and brilliant. The end also had one of the best cliffhanger buildup ever!

I give it an 8/10, because I feel there's much more to come...
Wow. That was awesome! John Simm really has an amazing grip on his character. The scene with 10 and Wilf in the cafe was just fabulous.

I still can't believe the ending. I was certain figured the Time Lords would return, but I thought they'd be back in the second part, not the first. 9/10 from me.
