Palin calls Obama budget 'immoral'
Quote:Sarah Palin says President Barack Obama's proposed 2011 budget is "immoral" because it increases the national debt, which she called "generational theft."
Palin told the national "tea party" convention Saturday that America's national debt, which is held largely by other nations, "makes us less free" and "should tick us off."
So? Is she right, or blowing more hot air?
I'd like to know does she have an agenda to create jobs that better than Obama's? For that matter does she have any plan at all to fix the country?
wow, there are americans that take this women seriously?
Why do people keep listening to this stupid woman?
Somebody needs to ask her to explain: How she would handle things and explain how Obama's plan is immoral without using the word 'socialist' or involve bashing my countries or any other European countries health care system.
Something tells me the response to both questions would be akin to a deer in a car's headlights.

Her explanation is that it increases the national debt which is like "stealing from our children." But something tells me she wasn't calling Bush's budgets immoral... I'll wager she's be hard pressed to explain any further.
Facts don't matter to these people. The tea party movement is about raw emotion and gut level rage. They don't care about any real solutions other than cut taxes and get rid of welfare and foreign aid.
I saw one response from a teabagger that the reason liberals don't consider Obama a "socialist" is because they really don't understand what our system of government is about. Of course after hearing some of these "teabaggers" talks, I honestly believe that they don't understand the basic concept of democracy.
You know, even across the pond these "teabaggers" seem to not the smartest bulb in the box. Half the crap I hear from these guys makes me question their intelligence. Do they actually care about anyone other than themselves?
I'm wondering how much of this "movement" is racially motivated? Cause Obama isn't the first person to run up the national debt. Hell it seems like overreaction to stuff that's been going on since 1789.
The last teabagger I talked to kept talking about Obama not being a "legal" president, or that he is a secret Muslim and that any person that "took him out" would be a patriot.
I've also had some similar conversations recently, and it's really frightening. It really seems like all conservatives do now-a-days is to do nothing but spew Beck/Limbaugh/Palin rhetoric always served up with a hefty helping of anti-Obama sentiment that is beginning to sound more and more (frighteningly) racist. It's sad and scary at the same time.
And don't forget that these people have guns, and seem to be just itching for an excuse to use them. I believe it's only a matter of time until the next crazy conservative white guy blows up a federal building or something similar. You can't inject this much hate and fear into a group of heavily-armed paranoid hicks and not expect it to eventually turn violent.

I still don't get that stuff about him not being a "legal" president. I'm pretty sure his birth certificate has been verified several times before he even considered running for president (like when he first entered the Senate).
And I still don't get the Muslim complaint either. If he really is a Muslim, does it matter?

Indeed, if Obama really was a secret non-American Muslim terrorist, the FBI would've uncovered that before granting his security access as a US Senator and most certainly before becoming president.
Any time I hear one of these tea-bagger drones say they want to "take our country back", it always reeks of racism. Take it back from who, exactly? The duly elected President? Or that black man who scares the crap out of those tea-baggers, because the "natural order" has been turned on its head?

Exactly. Some people just don't seem to understand that America is supposed to be a free country where you can practice any religion you want.
