Ok, I'm getting really confused, but does anyone know the chronological order of the episodes? It's clear to me that they are not airing in chronological order.

I've been trying to figure this out myself. All that is known is "Cat and Mouse" place before every TCW episode that has been broadcast thus far (says so in the official site's epsiode guide).

I started to try to list them in chronological order but I abandoned it awhile ago. This is what I came up with (this doesn't include season 2 episodes).

-Rookies
-The Hidden Enemy
-The New Padawan/Castle of Deception/Castle of Doom/Castle of Salvation (the movie)
-Bombad Jedi/Cloak of Darkness/Lair of Grevious
-Ambush
-Downfall of a Droid/Duel of the Droids
-Rising Malevolence/Shadow of Malevolence/Destroy Malevolence
-Blue Shadow Virus/Mystery of a Thousand Moons
-Dooku Captured
-The Gungan General
-Trespass
-Jedi Crash/Defenders of Peace
-Storm Over Ryloth/Innocents of Ryloth/Liberty on Ryloth
-Hostage Crisis

Yikes, and here I was thinking most of the episodes were in order aside from a couple stragglers. I gotta watch the episodes over again.

I think, Gaven, your list sounds perfect. Well, at least until something official comes along.

If anyone is still trying to figure out the chronology, Senate Murders has been confirmed as the "latest" episode and it forms a trilogy with Heroes on Both Sides and the next episode.

After I've studied the episodes, I've come up with this order:

-The Mandalore Plot/Voyage of Temptation/Duchess of Mandalore

-Bombad Jedi/Cloak of Darkness/Lair of Grievous
-Dooku Captured/The Gungan General
-Storm Over Ryloth/Innocents of Ryloth/Liberty on Ryloth

I see that in every chronology list I've seen Assassin has been placed after Corruption and The Academy. However, wouldn't it make more sense to have Assassin follow directly on from Lethal Trackdown? After all, the Council congratulates Ahsoka on a job well done at the beginning of Assassin, which I guess refers to the events depicted in Lethal Trackdown.

So, I think it should go:
-Lethal Trackdown
-Assassin
-Corruption
-The Academy
-Then the Ziro trilogy.

No, the council was talking about what happened on Mandalore. After all, do you think Aurra is so fast that she immediately after almost dying would be able to continue her work.
